I am a Registered Nurse, Reiki Practitioner, Aromatherapist and Board Certified Nurse Coach. I practiced in the hospital setting for over 20 years with my specialty in the Operating Room and Post Anesthesia Care Unit.

It was this professional experience and my personal health journey that led me to take a turn toward a holistic and alternative path. I found myself feeling morally burned out and frustrated with the one size fits all approach that is so commonly practiced by conventional medicine. As I watched people just get sicker and sicker, I wanted to find a way to really help get people well. I began to witness for myself how effective lifestyle, natural and alternative therapies could be.

When I stumbled upon nurse coaching, I knew this was my calling. It has brought my passion to empower people to become the best version of themselves physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and professionally to light. As a nurse coach, I have joined an amazing new way of practicing that puts my most burning desire, to be a catalyst for change in the current healthcare model, into action.

My hope is to leave a lasting impression by building a healthier and happier world, one person, one group, one community at a time.
